OBCIDO Clients are not entitled to any refund, in whole or in part, in case of Service Agreement Termination by the Client. If OBCIDO Inc. terminates the Agreement, the Client may be eligible for a refund of billed days on a pro-rata basis. Eligibility is solely determined by OBCIDO Inc. at the discretion of the OBCIDO representative.
Our subscriptions auto-renew each month (or every three months for 3 months subscriptions) unless canceled by the Client via our payment processing system before the auto-renewal date. To manage subscriptions, kindly visit obcido.com/billing. If you are facing any difficulties, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org requesting cancellation. Please send your cancellation request by e-mail 5 business days at least prior to the auto-renewal date to ensure your subscription is canceled on time; otherwise, you may incur an additional month of subscription.
Digital Marketing Subscriptions
We do not guarantee any increase in followers, engagement, or any sort of ROI. Our packages are content-focused. We commit to producing great content for the Client. As for Ads (social media, Google, etc.), the results depend on variables like budget, audience, and industry.
If you have subscribed to Corporate Website or Enterprise Website, you are charged the advertised fee. However, addons and further modifications may cost extra. We will advise you for pre-approval before charging you the additional fees.
Book Management Subscriptions
The duration of this subscription depends on the amount of work involved in the writing and production of the book. The average time of a project is nine months. If your book requires more or less time, you will be advised in writing by an OBCIDO representative.
